Every box is unique, carefully curated so that no two boxes are ever exactly the same. It’s a lucky dip for magicians who thrive on the unknown, the unexpected, and the thrill of discovery.

This isn’t for the faint of heart. Once you open the box, the secret’s yours to keep.

Returns Policy:

The Mystery Magic Box is a surprise product and is non-returnable and non-refundable once opened. Each box is hand-selected, with contents that differ from one to the next. As the items are chosen at random, requests for returns or exchanges based on personal preference cannot be accepted.

If you wish to request a return or refund, this must be done within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items being returned must be unused, unopened, and in their original, untampered condition.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or suitable alternative.
