Shipping policy
Order Processing & Dispatch
We aim to process and dispatch most orders the next working day if placed before 4:00 PM UK time on weekdays.
- Standard Orders: Dispatched within 1–3 business days of receiving your order.
- Pre-Orders & Special Orders: If an item is out of stock, on pre-order, or a special order, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available (usually within 3–5 working days).
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday morning.
- Holiday Closures: In the event of store closures, we will dispatch orders at the earliest possible opportunity.
Delivery Times
UK Orders: Typically arrive the next day after dispatch, but may take up to 2–3 days in some cases.
EU orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from dispatch.
Tracking & Delayed Orders
If you haven’t received your order within a week of receiving your shipping confirmation email:
- Check with your local Royal Mail delivery office to see if they are holding your parcel.
